Guest Communication.
We handle all guest communication including new bookings, inquiries, booking requests and daily questions! Using a combination of semi-automated and template based responses that never sound robotic we are able to effectively communicate with the guests in a way that feels personalized and inviting.

Property Inspections.
We visit every house 2x a month for routine inspections to make sure everything is as it should be. During our inspections we make sure everything is working properly, staged correctly and is in good condition. We also evaluate housekeeping performance and make adjustments where necessary.

Inventory.
Inventory orders are placed every other Friday (or as needed when necessary) Inventory needs are assessed during inspections and collected from housekeepers throughout the week to insure we never run out of supplies. We have multiple ways inventory can be ordered which is based on host preferences.

Housekeeping.
We will provide a housekeeper for your home if you do not already have one! All housekeepers are required to use an app called Properly while on the job. It is a photo based visual checklist app that makes it easy for housekeeping to keep the house staged correctly. It also allows us to check their work and verify or dispute guest complaints.

Maintenance
Our maintenance team is on call 24/7 and available to tend to property needs whenever necessary.
