Four years ago I was working farmers markets across San Bernardino and Riverside counties when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Setting up, breaking down and standing in one spot all day was becoming too much and I realized I needed a change! I decided to start my own virtual assistant company so I could spend more time with family and less time recovering. My very first client happened to be an AirBnB owner who needed help managing his rentals. He taught me everything I needed to know and I realized I loved this industry!!
Two years later I decided to start adding more clients and spent the next year managing 6 rentals. When the pandemic hit we were terrified!! We were about to lose everything! But we worked hard and put our whole lives into growing our business! In February of 2021 Madras Management LLC was officially born and since then we have quadrupled our rentals!
We are a small family owned and operated property management company and we love our beautiful community! My husband James is head of our maintenance department and my best friend of 30 years is my assistant manager! We strive to treat every rental as if they were our own and we value every guest!
